For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of: PRODUCTION OPERATOR

The factory is a leading brand of ceramic roof accessories, which are used on roof slopes along with ceramic tiles from global manufacturers.

City: Ostrzeszow

Responsibilities:

– Loading ceramic products from the kiln for firing.

– Ensuring the correct arrangement of products in the furnace chamber.

– Work with the production team to ensure a smooth production process.

Requirements:

– Resistance to high temperatures and readiness for hot microclimates.

– Willingness to work physically and commitment to assigned duties.

– Responsibility for assigned duties and attention to the quality of activities performed.

– Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.

– No health contraindications to working in hot microclimate conditions.

We offer:

– Work from Monday to Friday in 2 shifts of 8h each and work on weekends

– Employment on a contract basis 31 gross per hour

– Care of a coordinator during the entire recruitment process and employment period
