One-off recruitment is a model of cooperation aimed at companies that want to recruit an employee for direct employment in their own structure.

This solution works particularly well when the client is looking for a specific candidate for a particular position and expects support in carrying out the recruitment process effectively.

As part of this service, the client commissions us to recruit an employee based on clearly defined criteria, such as the required competences, experience, the nature of the position or the specifics of the industry. On this basis, we carry out the entire candidate search and selection process, making sure to present the people who best match the employer’s expectations.

The cost of this service is priced individually, depending on the specifics of the position, the difficulty of the recruitment and the current situation on the labour market. As a result, the terms of cooperation are tailored to the real needs and possibilities of the given project.

Payment is divided into two instalments. The first part of the fee is payable after the client hires the employee, and the second after 3 months from the start of employment. This model gives the client a greater sense of security and makes it possible to link payment to the result of the recruitment.

Our role is to search for, verify and present suitable candidates. The final decision on employment always rests with the client, who, after accepting the selected candidate, employs them directly in their company.

When recruiting foreigners, it is also possible to extend the cooperation to include services related to the legalisation of work and residence. This allows us to comprehensively support the employer not only in finding the right employee, but also in completing the necessary formalities related to their legal employment.
